Hope, History, and the Struggle was the inspiration for this abstract Plastic space painting. It depicts the many promises denied Black people in this country and the injustice in place to keep Blacks from rising above. In the center is the salvation of proper education to the truth of our history and self worth that can only be taught correctly by our own educators. This painting was on display at The National Center for the Study of Civil Rights and African-American Culture at Alabama State University from February-December 2019.
